Explanation:
I have faced office politics in almost my all workplaces at some point for one or other reasons. The reason might be different at every place but the politics remain same at every place, you can find one or two person at least who do create office politics amongst new employees or older one and there are many causes for it.
- I have seen people create office politics mainly because of the reason that I can be friendly with people easily, since its depend on others mentality or view but some people find it very possessive when a new person come into your workplace and be friendly easily with everyone. This kind of people does it because of fear of losing their friend and well wishers in office since they are very possessive and jealous.
- Some people cannot digest loss and they want to win at any cost will lead to this situation in many organizations this is common as one new or current hard working employees will surpass the older employees easily in this case this older employees cannot digest this truth and will create confusion and misunderstanding between other employees to not to concentrate on important aspects.
