After assigning an important piece of work with measurement criterion to each team, the supervisor should encourage communication, interaction and collaboration among team members.
They know how to listen properly nothing causes so much loss of material, production, time and sales as not knowing how to listen. Successful supervisors know how to focus on the message of the people they listen to, they can get the true meaning out of the message and respond in a straightforward, honest and positive way. If you criticize the work of an employee, you always look for something positive before you offer your analysis and recommendation as a coach.
