A position has just opened in another department at the company where you work. While you have a lot of experience in your current job, the new position would require you to learn about new products and procedures. Myself ... and this letter is related to show my interest on the position of ( mention position name).I strongly believe I would be a good candidate for that role because I am having experience with the current organisation for long years and I can easily fit into the position with my related knowledge and past experience . This could help me to learn new things and with new responsibilities I can perform with more enthusiasm. My communication and interpersonal skills would be an added advantage because the proposed role required lot of interest department ,client and other stakeholders involvement and discussion. I would like to take this opportunity as a challenge and to show my best out of it . In the current position I am handling I can assure you that I can give all the transition to the replacement in the stipulated time and make it as smooth as possible.
