As per the question the project I am involved in is building up my own house or sub- contract it. It is very essential to manage the project and make sure that everything is going on track and that the goals are set well in advanced and steps are taken to achieve those goals. In this project it is essential to identify the stakeholders in the very beginning and make sure that the stakeholders are managed well.

IDENTIFYING THE STAKEHOLDERS:

Stakeholders are the individuals who have a special interest in the project, be it in an form. They invest money, time in the project and in return expect a reward for the work done. But before starting any project it is very important to identify the stakeholders who will hold any kind of interest with your project. The main stakeholders so identified for the project given in the question are:

MANAGING STAKEHOLDERS:

In order to make sure that the project works successfully it is very important to see that the stakeholders involved with the project are managed well. In a project only one stakeholder is mot involved, there are number of stakeholders who work with the project and it is important to make sure that every stakeholder is satisfied and managed well. Managing the stakeholders means building strong relations with each one of them so that they work effectively for the completion of the project.
