Explanation / Answer

Biases are mojor influences on every person's day to day life. We often take decisions which will be beneficial to us or the ones close to us when we have a choice. We tend to be biased on search for our own benefits. This will effect many deserving people who must actually be given the benefits. Even at workplaces we see employees who have the influence of the boss gets all the appraisals and promotions leaving some deserving candidates aside. We can adjust this by making the management understand what they are loosing by not giving the opportunity to deserving employees. We must implement rules that favouritism will not work in the company . A team must be responsible for taking the decisions rather than a single person. This is the most beneficial point for us at workplace because by having a panel to decide , biasing can be minimised everyone gets the opportunity equally .

For example we have a position vacant for promotion. If it is a single person to decide they will pick up the person they like among the eligible employees. But when a panel is present they will select the best . Hence biasing can be reduced and this will benefit everyone.
