I am definitely very ambitious towards my job and follow strict guidelines and rules to pursue my dreams. I like people and very much like to connect with them even if I am found in my official environment. If I have to do some work then I get involved this people and definitely this increases the overall compatibility and efficiency of the teamwork. Decision making is most important part of me and it definitely creates a difference in the outcome of the specific job or task.
I really enjoy to learn about the psychology of human behaviour it directly increases my level of understanding of the which is created during the job time as well as my work experience. I definitely prefer planning my own settlements rather than going with somebody others planning, planning is very essential to get the things done according to my thinking and as per my applied strategy.

Definitely these asses my ability as a supervisor and I am mostly following transitional leadership Theory which directly involve me with the team and helps in understanding the whole situation and to improve the situation by getting more and more involved in the team and to improve the overall efficiency and productivity.
