Entrepreneurship: It holds a dominant position in the society
Entrepreneurship is one of the most important aspects of a growing business today and it can be stated that no business can reach its peak without a proper Entrepreneur. There are various skill that an individual possess and Entrepreneurship is one of them which involves decision making abilities of an individual and that too at the right time and at the right place. We have seen so many Entrepreneurs recently who have made it big in some or the other industry and they are also different in their attitude towards work. While some are workaholic and like to make themselves busy in work always while some like to take things a bit casually.
If we divide the workforce we will observe that there are private employees and there are government employees and there are Entrepreneurs too. Its true that everybody wants to be an Entrepreneur but everybody cannot because there are some qualities that an individual should possess in order to make it big. There are so many examples to take but there are also examples of people who started their venture but could not make it big due to various reasons. So we can state that It holds a dominant position in the society because as mentioned if the individual is successful then obviously the person needs to be respected.
The private sector possess a huge respect for the profession and will continue to do so in the future.
