CPM - Competitive Profile Matrix is an essential strategic management tool which helps to compare the organization among the other competitive players in the market. This CPM clearly explains the strong point & weak points of the organization with respect to the competitive players in the market. By looking at this CPM one can easily identify the areas of improvement for future growth of the organization.

The CPM is made on the basis of critical success factors, which are critical for the survival and growth of the organization. On these critical parameters, all the competitive players are measured/evaluated along with the organization. This gives the clear picture of comparison of the organization with respect to the market players.

We have made the matrxi between three players as Ryder Systems, Logistics-A and Logistics-B companies.
