Scenario: A methodology for improving enterprise performance by analysing worker capabilities via simulation.

Complexity has been solved by the help of simulation models. There are n number of factors that helps in the performance of the employees. Some time employee itself don’t know what are they or they cannot be easily identified by his superiors. So, the simulation model is used for the analysis of the workers capability. The mathematical models are mainly based on the numbers but here the skills and capabilities are used which cannot represent in the form of the mathematics. It represents the real-life situation.

Project and Product Scopes:

The scopes of the project and project here is vast. Here the performance of employee’s average has been finding out through simulation. How much the employee is productive is measured with the certain activities. While giving the training to the employees, their average productivity has been identified. There is segregation in the training types and levels. Based on the random sampling of the data by the help of electronic devices the random numbers have been generated based on which the performance has been analyzed. The model shows that the job training is directly proportional to the performance of the employees. The result shows that the mistakes are minimized with the higher level of training. The lack in the awareness about the certain activities leads to the low performance. Hence, it can be easily minimized.

Problem Rationale:

The problem here is the performance measurement. How to measure the performance of the employees? Employees has been given a training but still do lots of mistakes with the certain activities. It can not be measured on manual basis. So, the simulation is used for the measurement of this problem. Employees having lack of awareness with the certain activities in the SME. The Key performance indicators are identified first and then based on these KPI’s the matrix has been made which shows that the level of performance of the employees. The training focus would be more on this Key performance indices.

Metrics:

The Metrics is very useful in the clear measurement of the success and failure of the event. There are many metrics present for the evaluation of the event but in the paper resource constraint metrics (RCMs) is used. This matrix is used here to find out the skill that is the main contributor to the overall system constrained. An index matrix is used which is customer misery index (CMI). This is used for knowing the customer demand satisfaction.

These matrices have been selected because they help in the identification of the Key indicators for the measurement. They show the clear picture about the scenarios and issues. We can Use PMEX (Performance Measurement Evaluation Matrix).
