This trend is also seen in dentistry, pharmacy, physical therapy, and other health related fields. Please discuss how managers can ensure that this strategy does not undermine the quality of patient care or the relationship between other healthcare professionals and the organization.Justify your response. Many organisations are seen employing non physician health care professionals to cut cost is a major question posed to the healthcare industry.It cannot be questioned as a moral right as it depends on individual circumstances or concerns.But certain steps can be ensured make sure that the service provided in such environments should be made satisfactory and excellent, as shown below:
1.Good training should be given to every individual who are appointed as non professionals.
2.NPP practitioners should be licensed and possess enough qualification to provide necessary service or treatment.
3.In my personal experience NPP are more duty conscious than regular practioners because they do not wish a blackmark in their career.
4.NPP are ready to extend their service apart from their workplace.They are ready to extend their service even to personal care and places.
