As the company working process is of 1960’s so the process is completely outdated now. It has to be modified with latest procedures of working styles and needs to improve on many sectors of the company to bring the latest updated changes in the work environment with respect to dealings with external matters, working hours, employee appraisals and health benefits also the other factors related to effective outcome in the business.
The changes which are required in the areas are as follows:
1. Hourly workers: The workers are required to divide into multiple shifts with minimum 9hours of working schedule in each shift so that they feel secure and comfortable while doing their job.
2. Supervisors: Department wise supervisors are required to be assigned with their individual responsibilities so that they guide workforce. If the shifts are multiple then it requires assigning any senior team leader by the supervisor so that in his/her absence the team leader can hold the responsibilities.

6. High Error rate: To make error-free working process it requires making the organization process more technological. For this purpose, it is require updating latest technology and improving the working culture to make the process error free.
7. Inventory counts: The auditors are recruited in the organization to keep a close watch on the working process of the organization, the expenditure and earnings both are required to be calculated as it highlights the cash flow and profit in the organization.
8. Picking is done: Manually picking are the outdated process as many other organizations are also neglecting this because of damage or loss of the product. Direct shipping by the company through different shipping services is initiated in the organizations.
