Explanation / Answer

I was recently planning to buy a cell phone. So i used Snapdeal website for the same. There i found the following two segments helpful in selecting my product:

1) Comparision Tab

2) User comments

These two segments can help the user in identifying their needs and compare the item with varied choices of service providers. The user comments section also helps people in understanding the product specification with a more humane touch.

Pros: Both the segments provides indepth details about the products available along with tips to take care of the product.

Cons: Few users are inherently negative about a manufacturer due to some personal experience which might not be same for others. This leads to confusion among the viewers.

I would have added a section for price with different providers for same products helping us to identify the sales person providing the best price in the market.
