Recommendations to Vice President:

It would be good business move for IN-N-OUT Burger to expand their operation because they have a very good loyal customer base, and have strong brand recognition, with efficient satisfied workforce. They have the advantage of having own distribution network which will help them to fulfill consumer needs quickly. In expansion they don’t need extra cost on advertisement as they have strong ‘word of mouth’ publicity and strong brand recognitions .Southeast is hub for fast food market, thus through franchise or expanding its business unit they can expand their operation out of southwest to southeast.

The IN-N-OUT need to change its old menu and add some new menu to cater young consumer group and focus on expansion of menu as people are becoming more and more health conscious. So they can add some low fat burger ,backed burger adding up lots of vegetables with minimum use of oil in preparation .They can name this menu as ‘diet burger’ to attract health conscious people.
