Explanation / Answer
- Articulate WHAT you believe to be the existing psychological contract between the company and its employees.
I believe that SAS by providing all the benefits and perks to the employees’ keeps them happy and employees happy don’t want to change place of work, they want to stay there as much as they can because in any other job they would need to spend time and money to cover the expenses that SAS covers for them

I don’t believe there is a hidden purpose, the HR manager said it clear, is business and by helping employees on their daily non work activities the company saves money due to the fact the employees will stay at work and will not lose time (nonproductive time)
Also, the Stanford teacher explained the amount of money they are saving due to low turnover which is only 3%. SAS saves about $80 million dollars per year.
The benefits of offering this perks are greater than the costs.

I would offer college education, curses that SAS employees can take to improve their knowledge but they should have a schedule that does not interfere with the working schedule of the employees, depending on the acceptance of the first pilot courses we can implement more. This will keep our employees engage and also will be a benefit to the company because they will be better prepare.
These type of courses are expensive, by paying for them SAS makes sure employees are more motivated.
