b. Human Skill
c. Technical skill
All these skills are inter related because if we study the different levels of management we will see that each level of employees must have these skills more or less. Without knowing these skills no one can contribute to the productivity of the business.So an effective manager must have possess these skills.
Suppose we Talk about HUMAN SKILL, As we know the human resource is very crucial and sensitive resource of the organization, we need to handle it so efficiently. When we are dealing with human resources we are dealing with different types of attitudes, personalities and emotions. Unless you manage it properly they can take your business to any extend.
