. If I was Hudson or Sanchez I would implement an immediate organizational change within the practice by brainstorming with others and incorporating the discovery stage in AI to identify the strengths of the organization to better understand where they can improve. Essentially their company needs to expand their staff and their office. With a larger office and more employees to service their customers they should be able to handle their ever growing customer base where they can make substantial profits.
I would implement the four steps of AI by brainstorming and figuring out where and what needs to be changed and map out a vision and plan to implement it from start to finish. I would expect for brainstorming to arise during the discover step to figure out what the strengths and weaknesses are in the company. In the dream step of AI I would expect to completely create a vision to which would be the best case scenario if everything pans out as expected.

I suggest that Sanchez and Hudson resolve there dilemma by hiring more staff and expanding their office to either a new location or a new larger location to be able to facilitate their growing customer base. The leadership qualities that Sanchez and Hudson will need to display to be able to positively change in their practice would be to act quickly with composure rather than to wait it out and allow their finances to plummet any further, to lead the change positively with enthusiasm and to reassure their customers and workers that everything will work out for the best.
