Internet Use policy:
1.There will be minimal use of computer's internet during work time as it involves lots of waste time and all sites of online games will be blocked and if anybody is found doing so they will charged a penalty or any other severe punishment
2.NO Email will be send to anyone via company's name as it demolish it's image in the market.
3.No downloading is allowed from the computer unless and untill it is of high importance as this can allow outsiders to obtain sensitive company information and may lead to liability if the company is blamed for allowing the confidential information to be released.
4.No porn sites will be accessed during work time as it creates a bad environment during work time and all are distracted by it.
5.failure to follow the policy will result in discipline, and possibly, discharge.
6.Accounts of all employees will be audited so please be careful and if any offensive material is found,then it will result in there termination.!!
