The primary issue is that people want to be challenged. People want to be challenged, at least initially, in terms of their Assignments. They also want to be continuously challenged. If I have great success, I want to keep moving and I want more, which is always a good thing. I mean, I'm a free-market person. I'm a dyed-in-the-wool, free-market person, and if employees can deliver results and they can help change the game; I think that is a big achievement for young people.
