1. Foxconn mobile Group is renowned for its Electronics Manufacuring product and it has world's largest EMS company which deals and manufacture electronics product for customer based on demand. This comapny generally face business and technical problems.
Business problem is analysed by top level management which include total investment, outcome and net profit. management analyse the quarterly data and provide a analysis report based on net profit. Corrective and preventive Actions plan for next quarter so that profit can be maximize to next quarter. Based on the analysis management prepare a strategic plan for the organization that need to be followed by operation team.
Technical issues is analysed by technical team and based on previous data they prepare a report and submit to management. management decide the action plan so that performance can be improve. some of the potential problem and issues define below:
Process failue or Design Failure
Machine break down or Idle time.
2. PFMEA (process falire mode and effect analysis) report is prepared to identify future Process or design failure. According to this report it need to analyse the severity, occurence and detectibility of the upcoming product. Based on these analysis need to calculate the Risk priority number (RPN) which shows the overall performance of the product.
Machine breakdown means stop the production it causes the organization overall profit. Breakdown summary should include breakdown reason and total time for the analysis purpose. A OEE(Original Equipment Effectiveness) report is prepared for machine planned and unplanned downtime which include the effectiveness of machine offline & online changeover time. On bases of this report, OEE performance of each machine is calculated.
3. Secondary reserach is started once primary research is finished to publish the data. Primary research is conducted interview and sureys for small group at initial level.

Use the specific tool to collect qualitative data for their research.
Equipment effective should be calculated for specific areas wherever a breakdown chances might be higher.
Research for Looking the new market opportunity which help to expand the overall business of the organization.
Analysis on customer requirement. It is necessary to know the customer needs, requirement and expectation for business.
