Healthcare fraud can be described as a type of fraud in which the healthcare organisation make the false claim to create wrong use of the funding provided by government. This is a significant problem in United States of America as availability of Healthcare organisation is consistently going upwards, these practices are directly deteriorating quality of Healthcare provided to the patient as well as diminishing the idea of fair practices in Healthcare facilities.
As these organisations directly work in collaboration with different insurance company to create a negative impact on the total funding obtained by the government, a total Reform is needed for the guidelines to successfully assess or monitor this kind of fraud. This frauds usually happen at a very large scale which involve many patients as well as also involved forging the records for search specific time.
This does not only decreases the quality of Healthcare but also provide a bad morale for Healthcare facilities as these Healthcare facilities does not focus on creating better Healthcare outcome but focus on creating the revenue generation by using false practices. Which type of approach directly limits their availability to provide services to the patients which increases patient dissatisfaction and can lead to fatal consequences of search specific practices in business organisations.
