A team member is having many difficulties: He recently lost his job, received poor grades in a night class, and is gaining a lot of weight. At the same time, you're doing extremely well. You want to give your team member back his confidence. What would you say to him?
You're managing four college interns, three men and one woman, who are working on redesigning your company's website. The men are extremely supportive of one another and regularly contribute ideas. Although equally competent, the woman doesn't contribute; she seems to lack confidence. Because the objective of this redesign is to increase the number of female visitors, you really need the female intern's input and want to empower her. What would you say to her?
You're a third grade teacher. Most of the students are from the same ethnic-religious group; three, however, are from a different group. The problem is that these three children have not been included in the social groupings of the other students; they're treated as outsiders. As a result, these children stumble when they have to read in front of the class and make many mistakes at the chalkboard (although they consistently do well in private). You want to empower these students—what would you say to them?
Explanation / Answer
1- For the team member I would say If I'll get a chance to talk to him then I would say that never lose hope go for the interview again, side by side try to work hard in improving his grades a bit and 3rd a healthy person is an asset and a person can achieve anything with a healthy mind and lifestyle so should take care of his health so that he can do whatever he can .
2 - To women employee I would say girl never let your courage die you are strong that's why you are here just try to talk to me and your other team members and do participate in activities conducted it'll help you to boost your confidence when you'll start showing your work you'll surely be appreciated and that's what all you need to get your lack of confidence back to track.
3 - Again as their teacher I'll try to busy them with some work and make sure they do participate in group activities and would definitely say that look at your work you do it so well but the only thing is that you are not hesitated to do it in private because no one judges you for that just be condidenc about what you are doing in the group the group of people you have a fear from they are not expert as well they are also children like you . You just have to believe in yourself and you'll be great.
Thus , at last I would say that in all of the above situations there is just lack of confidence in persons you just need correct words to boost it . Life is one challenge you have face suffer and learn a lot in that time being just try to find the positivity and motivation that'll help you through out. Never give up because you are strong.
