Answer1: The “supply” element signifies the current suppliers of the Cyber Logic Systems were not capable of the supporting its operation in Europe and South America. After the supplier evaluation for every supplier, it was evident that some of the supplier can offer greater support in Europe and rest can continue to support South America. Also, the suppliers who were important to the Cyber Logic Systems were capable to support their regional business. Another issue was different regulations in each of these countries for the cyber security and the need of the supplier certification to meet the different regulatory requirements.

Answer2 : For “operations”, the current distribution network of Cyber Logic Systems was not sufficient and needed to be redesigned. There was a need of self-sustaining distribution network for the timely product delivery and fix customer related issues.

Answer3: For logistics, the new system should in place to avoid any customer’s database and any disruption in the continuous operations and the sourcing from those suppliers who were close to the customers.

Answer4 : Company should focus on the process integration to overcome any issue for true integration to achieve by convincing each supply chain partner and everyone should have this in their strategic planning process ensuring that the purchasing, logistics, inventory, quality, operations and all required functions are well connected.
