Explanation / Answer

Answer:- Although workers welcome fair wages and equal treatment, much has changed in the last 100 years. Workers have more rights. Employers need workers with skills that didn't exist 100 years ago. Expanded views of diversity require employers to consider employee expectations of quality of life, requiring HRM to adapt workplaces in order to recruit and maintain the best talent. Economic fluctuations, labor unions, ethical issues and sustainable work practices all complicate the employer - employee relationship.
