Mindy was not putting his efforts of motivating aides in the right direction. She was lacking real leadership skills as there were no stricter rules and employees did not listen to her. Employees were not given proper stimuli for being motivated to work .in order to solve the problems at Seaside Convalescent Care Center, there should be proper training of employees or either does not hire untrained employees .there should be stricter rules of conduct. Extrinsic rewards should be given to motivate employees to work. There should be effective communication through regular meeting between Mindy and Ann. reinforcement theory should be used by using a combination of rewards and punishments to reinforce desired behavior or eliminate unwanted behavior
