CASE PROBLEM: Sam lives in Miami, Florida. Priscilla lives in Denver, Colorado. Sam drafts some Facebook posts that defame Priscilla, and Priscilla suffers harm to her reputation in Denver, CO. Priscilla files suit against Sam in Miami District Court. You are the attorney representing Sam. Answer the following questions 1) Can you get the case out of Florida? Why or why not? 2) can you get the case out of Miami District Court, and if so, how and on what legal basis? Explain in detail with 150 words.

As mentioned case is about Sam and Priscila where Sam drafts some facebook posts due to which priscila reputation was harmed and she filed against Sam in Miami as sam is living in Miami she filed a case in that area only though facebook does not have any fixed location so accordng to the incident post was shared in miami so she took that place first and filed complaint in that area only instead of her are colorado where her reputation was damaged . Usually in local when accidents/incident happen case if filed in that particular are where it happened instead of the place where that person lives so in our case incidence was on facebook so she selected to go for Sam area and location cannot be changes becasue case is filed in the individua's are /locality as he shared that post while being there so its not easy to move location and it will be easy for sam to go in local area court instaed of going to any other area's court. Though here the case is not about location its about her reputation which was harrmed due to hs facebook post so whole process will go about the post and her reputation , location change will hardl make any difference as court will decide on the basis of the post and how her reputation was damaged due to the post. On the basis of evidence court will decide further.
So if there any accident or incident which took place physically then it can have impact due to location but here its not physival and damage is also not visible.
