Effective workplace relationships is always very important for the health of any organization.It has been observed that a person who has good friends at the workplace is less likely to switch the job.Thus good workplace relationships is important to boost the morale of the employees and to make them loyaltowards the job.Moreover, the employees can overcome the stress by having good workplace relationships. Enthusiastic employees work more and thus improves their productivity.
