A: Processes are the linked activities which are done to accomplish the business goal. Operation based strategies refers to the plan or methods that an organization follows to achieve their business objective. Operation based strategies are employed to make the business processes efficient and improve productivity.
B: Clinical processes are the set of linked processes which are used by the health care organizations to serve health care in an efficient manner. In healthcare systems we can improve patient -doctor relationships, improve the building architecture and make it more like home and we can add technology that can help in accessing real time patient data.
C: Bottleneck process reduces efficiency and productivity. Bottleneck process efficiency can be improved by hiring a new worker or installing a new technology or by reducing the raw material transportation time. Hence improving the bottleneck processes affect the overall productivity.
D: In healthcare organization we can start with adding technology that can help us access real time data; both business process data and patient experience data.
