Social media impact on company negatively than positively. So we need sufficient social media policy which explains the limitations when using social media. It useful to secure the brand image and motivate every employee to participate to share this responsibility. If company have social media policy, we can fight against legal troubles and security problems

As a CEO of the organization, I put some policies regarding to social media usage, those are

1.Employees should not browse social medial websites in the working hours, because it decrease productivity but some people have habit to spend some time on social media, so we need to motivate them to avoid it at least in working hours, so we can save time and we can improve efficiency

2. Employees should not comment about organization details in the social media, if they comment badly, it will affect on company reputation, but some people give comments without proper thinking, we should strictly order and explain to the people.

To fire on an employee is not a easy task and not correct, before fire on an employee regarding to social media posting when his or her comments are inappropriate and we should not fire if comments related to job issues
