Explanation / Answer

1. It is important for a manager to look after the employees' health and safety. If the veteran has applied for the supervisory job he might not know about the requirement of the job to spend most of time behind desk sitting. It is duty ofmanager to communicate him very fairly and clearly about the risk that he may get after getting the position. If the vetaran still agrees, the manager should then work failrly and if he finds him the most eligible person for the post and also he is able to meet requirement potential health rehabiliation then he should be promoted.

2. Break time is also considered among the working hour time for employees. For all employees it is necessary that they uphold ethics at workplace even during breaks. The anager should talk to the crew members indirectly or directly if necessary to maintain the decorem of the work environment and any comment or talk that causes displeasure to other race, gender, religion etc should be avoided. It is matter of upholding and promoting business morals and ethics at workplace.

3. The manager should not disclose or share any information of internal environment to outsider if he is not obiged to do so. The matter should be brought into light infornt of those who are responsiblbe and accountable to solve it. Indeed the matter should be addressed and the claims should be heard. Investigations should be made but until anything gets resulted nothing should be sharedto press release.
