For your new information system project how would you address the following:
1.Goals: What the project hopes to accomplish.
2. Critical Success Factors: Identify at least 4 different stakeholders; for each, list at least 2 things that the stakeholder requires in order to deem the project successful.
3. Acquisition strategy: Should the system be built in-house, created by a contractor, purchased offthe-shelf and customized, or leased as a service? Explain your rationale.
4. Resources: For in-house development, what people/skills are required and what development lifecycle do you recommend? Otherwise, identify 3 candidate organizations that can deliver the system.

1. Goals: The project would be require to handle, manage HR compensation and benefits of a multinational company who has centralized HR system at its Headquarter. Having a centralized HR system the project would be very complex in working as it will have to deal with diverse compensation norms and policies and lwas of different subsidiary countries, different tax allowances and taxation systems have to be handled, different set of compensations and benefits for expatriates etc wil have to be managed. There will be high numbers of enrolled employees with huge database and very complex set of design to manage each ones' compensation according to uniform central HR policies and simultaneously havingcompliance with local rules and laws.
2) Stakeholders involved - The management/company; Employees, The HR department, Legal bodies of all host countries governing labor laws and industrial relations, international labor organization
3) Being a very complex system it would be rationale to have it customized designed by outsourcing to a contracting company who specializes in developing such information system. The company will be respinsobile for its concetion, development, loading to organization's central system, management and updatation, trainingto user interface to the HR of the organization.
