Plan do study act cycle is a tool which help me test an idea by implementing change in the company, through this tool, we can check new idea by following different steps, in the planning stage , we plan some expected outcome, in doing stage, we implement predetermined plan, in study stage, we generate different questions to identify results , in act stage, we develop new method. It is repeating until identify best method.
