I visited ford.com and found that customer application form is relatively in requirement of having a web application. This application would provide an extensive support to the easy contact between the customer and company. Implementation of such a specific customer care web application would also increase the chances of better customer satisfaction improving the availability of better sales to ford. By using web application, food can easily acquire more data in less time.
This application uses form to email system in which the data is collected from the side of the customer and sent it to the company.
Having an active customer care support as well as capability of chatting to the customer service provider online would increase the customer service experience and provide a positive brand image to Ford.
As the company lacks a contact us link on there home landing page, providing an active support would definitely increase the overall opportunity of capturing a better customer base as well as improving the service by a huge margin.
