1. No matter the state of affairs, management will always be a relevant topic of study when we need to consider how effective a system can be given the presence of optimal resources and reduction of bottlenecks. It is therefore essential to study management and the theories that underlie it to determine if a system works, how it works and how it can work better. In the simplest terms, large processes need an interface to be able to work efficiently, this is where management fits. In order to determine the feasibility of the present management solutions, we need to be able to determine the history of how these practices came to be and how they pertain to the different situations. This is why the study of the theories is a necessary aspect of management practices itself.

2. The Hawthorne experiments, even though biased, allowed us to understand that psychological effects have a number of independent variables which can be an important factor when we need to study the effect of group pressure, the working conditions, the relationship with the management and the presence of factors such as sufficient motivation can be regarded as important factors when we need to consider the aspect of performances of the individuals.

3. Even though most of the organizations of the 21st century now focuses on organizational values of a decentralized structure, some organizations still need the structure of bureaucracy. We can say this utilizing the factors such as how or why certain decisions impact an organization. An organization that needs specialization in a given approach often benefit from a bureaucratic structure which allows the management to focus on the singular task of following the structured approach laid down for the entire organization to achieve their vision.

4. Three management approaches that are the most relevant to consider are:-

Behavioural approach: which allows us to understand the nature of the importance of employees more than the other elements.

Contingency approach: which allows us to understand how an organization reacts to a change and manages it successfully.

Classic approach: which allows us to take into account the best practice in order to manage the organization's resources to achieve an increase in productivity.
