Question
This is for my business legal class.
Law is always evolving. It slowly changes over time in response to its environment. In business, new types of products, services and practices drive the development of law as it is forced to adapt to situations we can’t even think about today. A great example is the “gig” economy created by companies such as Uber and Lyft and their “do it yourself” ride service.
What new developments do you think will present the need to rethink and re-evaluate how business law concepts apply today or in the future?
Explanation / Answer

Artificial intelligence could emerge in future to a great extent, and most of the organisational operations might be revamped or developed to adapt these artificial intelligence in the form of robots and other machines, which will impact many of the human workforce and there rights to be impacted and business laws will eventually gets challenged to foresee such a drastic change.
Development in buying and selling of used products like, cars, electronics etc through various applications, though allow larger customers and sellers base but there can be cases wherein lot of scam, fraudulent and no legitimacy, and many of the buyers are getting defrauded.
