An individual’s organizational experiences result from the attitudes, beliefs, preferences, and abilities the individual brings to the organization, how the organization seeks to influence the individual, and the types of relationships an individual develops. An individual’s communication experiences relate to quality and quantity of job performance, job satisfaction, and communication satisfaction. The intrapersonal experience of individuals in organizations is composed of personal needs, predispositions for behavior, communication competencies, and expectations. Personal needs have commonly been referred to as motivation. Predispositions for organizational communication behaviors are personally held preferences for particular types of communication situations or behavior. Communication apprehension—an individual’s level of fear or anxiety associated with either real or anticipated communication with others—influences a wide variety of organizational outcomes, as do preferences for leadership and conflict behaviors. Perceptions of communication competency can be described as an overall summation of preferences and predispositions for organizational communication behaviors. Diversity characterizes the paid workforce of today and tomorrow. The diversity of the workforce refers not only to women, minorities, sexual orientation, religious perspectives, social and occupational classes, and immigrants, but also to the overall aging of workers and increased participation by the physically challenged. The resulting differences in communication style and values all stimulate our abilities to form effective interpersonal relationships. We form interpersonal relationships in organizations for important task and social considerations. Unlike our personal relationships, the organization actually structures for us many interpersonal relationships necessary for task accomplishment. The relationship an individual develops with his or her supervisor is one of the most important of the primary communication experiences in organizational life. Peers also are an important source of information and support. Communication experiences with supervisors and peers relate to how well individuals perform and their overall measures of organizational satisfaction. Interpersonal effectiveness can be achieved through cultural intelligence, valuing diversity, active listening, message ownership, and descriptive language. These skills contribute to communication competency for interpersonal communication.

people always looking for two things, one is they love to do and perform the wokr they really love, and the second one the they want to be associated with the people whom they most loves. The first one speaks about the work, its nature, the work environment, the colleagues, the relationship with others at the work place, work satisfaction, work place satisfaction and so on. By looking into all these, we can find which kind of person they are.

There are some people who are flexible in nature, they can build relations with others, they can give something, they can ask something, they never go back to help others. These kind of people really work in flexible way and the association of these people will enjoy by others at the work place. There may other kind of people, who may rigid in nature, only focus on their role and responsibilities, they may not enter into the business of others. The base for all this is, the workers past experience, social and economic background, the behavior, attitude, thinking and so on.

By posing questions about these to others, we may gain knowledge about people at the work palce and their nature of thinking. With this we get a chance to understand people at different stature and state of minds, how can we approach them, handle them and have a healthy work environment. Because, only team work help the firm as well as individual to reach the top and to stay at the top. By studying the behaviors of the individual at organization level help to understand them and establish good relations with them. Otherwise, team work may not be exist in the organization.
