CRM HAVE BEEN SUCCESFULL FOR MANY ORGANIZATIONS BUT MOSTLY THEY KNOW THEIR CUSTOMERS AND HAVE A GOOD RELATIONSHIP WITH THEM AND THE COMPANIES WHO ARE FAILING AT CRM IS DUE TO THIS REASON ..BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO RETAIN AND KEEP THE CUSTOMER HAPPY ,IT DOESNT NECESSARILY THAT BECAUSE YOU WANT CHANGE AND YOURE IMPLEMENTING IT, YOUR CUSTOMERS WOULD ALSO FEEL THE SAME WAY AND REACT THE SAME WAY THAT YOU WANTED

CRM SHOULD BE MORE INVOLVING OF THE CUSTOMER AND THIER REACTIONS REGARDING THE CHANGES RATHER THAN THE COMPANIES
