3) Traditional database management tools are often insufficient when dealing with "Big Data". What technology tools do you think are more suitable?

4) Are there any pitfalls to using "Big Data?" What are some of the challenges?

1.Organizations are interested in capturing and mining their enterprise data so as to make them market competitive, understand their strategies, analyze consumer behavior etc.

2. Bid Data are structure and unstructured large data sets so these data contains a lot of data which might be helpful for company to make decision and important strategies for accomplishing a goal.

3. Traditional database management tools are not capable of handling big data because of its large data quantity.

Therefore technological tools which can compute and do operations on very large data sets are required. Some examples of such tools or software’s are Hadoop, NoSQL etc.

4. There are no big pitfalls. If the data can be analyzed and used for some constructive purposes or organizational purpose there is no harm but these data has to be protected. The size of big data is so huge that handling of these big amounts of data is careful and tough job. Security and confidentiality while handling these data is a challenge.

5. Amazon is the company which is using Big Data on profiling everything related to its customer, understanding its customer etc. and has been successfully gaining from it.
