Ans: 1) My goal is to open a university where students can learn and practice new technologies and can work upon it which is now a day not facilitate by various universities. This has been my goal since I have started studying my graduation at the university where I can’t find these all facilities. No, my goal is not likely to be changed as this is my dream to build a university where students get the best knowledge in best management style. As a person, I always want to encourage new talents to brush-up their skills and to focus on their goal. By opening a university which can give a platform for new talents that be a winning trophy for me.

My mission is to provide a good infrastructure with best studying campus, which will nourish new talents and make them build their own milestones. My mission defines me as a character who is thinking for the better future for students. As teaching is my passion and spreading knowledge also increases your knowledge thus I want to deliver all the best possibilities to the students who are worthy of it. As I am from lower background class and I know the problems which some students face in terms of studying so I will provide them scholarship which will help in their financial conditions.

As there are many universities which provide a platform for students to gain knowledge but I want to give a platform where they can gain as well as practice on that knowledge. They will get financial help to develop their ideas into reality which make us a unique.

My overall plan for goal achievement is to get finance from some financiers and build a infrastructure and provide facilities which are for the students and for their benefit. As we all know a good and healthy environment always encourage someone to develop their skill. So I will provide them with a healthy environment and platform to show their talents.

The resources which are necessary to accomplish my plans are money, a good management team who will take care of the management of the university, A good team of teaching staff who are not there only for making money but also for to show their talent of teaching. These resources are available as the financiers will definitely finance on my business as they will see the future outcome of such a university who is thinking so much for the students and their facilities and, also for the teaching staff.
