CASE STUDY Project 5.5 Organizational Skills You had planned on ge today, but your car won't start. You know you have the mechanic's number somewhere, but you can't remember where you put it. After searching all the logical places, you still cannot locate it. Now that you will be late, you will not have time to finish your project, which was assigned to you two weeks ago. You start to panic, and the clock keeps ticking First, indicate three organization-related problems in this scenario. Then, provide a technique or suggestion that would either eliminate each problem or reduce the its effects.

First and Foremost before moving towards the detailed explanation of this case study as the main heading says,Organisational skill,this problem has arised as their is lack of one of the major skill i.e. Time Management,setting time limit for the completion of your work is really an essential thing.

Now,let's discuss the case the three major organisation related problems in this situation:

Customer service: Maintain high level of customer service in this competitive environment is really important ,but delay in the work may destroy that, which may lead to the dissatisfaction of the customer,So,this has to be minimised.

Maintaining the Brand Image: It is clear that if the customer service will not be good & your services will not meet their expectations than the Brand Image will surely go down & customers will automatically prefer other brands over you.

Financial loss: Loosing a customer will definitely lead to the loss of finance for the organisation now customer is not going to choose us & this will lead the decreased sales volume & profitability.

Solution to this case:

Now the best action at this point of time that would eliminate all other problems is "DELEGATION OF WORK " one can call our team member or colleague that can help in completing the project work on time which will definitely remove all the hurdles or problems that can occur due to incompletion of this project work within the time limit.
