Here we can consider many legal entities.

1. void ab initio (Buyers Beware) - Mary signed the doc. without reading it. So no she is the buyer here and Fiona is the seller. Fiona's target is to sell the places for stalls in the event. So now she can't do anything here.

2. As per the contract Act. the do. has been signed and Mary can't deny this contract.
