1. Project manager will take the opposition, who are already living in the neighbourhood. As buidling new resedential home is in the betterment of the society. Generally the issue people facing while the construction is happening is the transportation required via truck, which is not safe in the residential area for kids and the noise from the equipments. These problems can be easily handled by the proper management of work. As the truks can load and unload materials at night, when all the kids will be sleeping, this make the transportation part safe and the equipment causing noice should be used during the time when kids went to school and parents to their office. In the same way, the road building activity should also be executed during the night when the traffic is very low. In such way all the activiites can be perofrmed without any restrictions from opposition.

In case of insufficient water in the area, the product manager should first account and analyze how much water is needed on the construction site and try to get the amount of water from the place where water availability is good, because the water supply in the resedential area is not for the construction purpose. Hence by this the project can be taken care smoothly with the basic management of time and resources.

2. Project Manager is the person who has to execute the project with full planning, he will informed about the potential issues and restriction. To avoid leaking of conflicting information to the hostile stakeholders, project manager should make sure the valuable information should communicated to the primary stakeholders only and only the required and positive information to be communicated to the other stakeholders. Information is something which spread very fast and in case of negative of conflicting information, it can spread like fire. To avoid this project manager has to manager the communication management.

3. To deal with the humour, the best strategy is to come out honest and select a medium which can reach to each and every stakeholder. As the nuclear plant is going to build and people are fearing about some harmfull radiation from it, where as the design of the nuclear plant is totaly enviroment friendly. The project manager should take the help of media - Print, radio, Digital and OOH. Through all these medium he should communciate the enviroment friendly design of the nuclear plant and clear their doubts about it. And after this information should be communicated why the particular location is choosen for the plant adn how it wil benefit the society or nation.

4. A car which emitt less fumes from the exhaust, will be made to fight against the pollutions in the city. Product Manager or Brand Manager should position this car as a ultimate city car, whose speed is slow but it is very enviroment friendly. Project manager can communicate that in city area between all this traffic, customer don't need a car which can run fast but a car which emitt less pollution. And when a car brand is communicating that the the customers should drive it slow or the car won't be able to reach at a high speed, then automatically the chances of getting into an accident will reduce.
