You want to load 15 Mug of protein in each well, what volume you dispense into the well of the gel to get 15 Mug? 3. You are given 100mL of a 10x Running Buffer stock solution. You need a 1X solution of Running Buffer to run your gel. How much water would you add to the stock solution?Explanation / Answer
