After the merger, you find yourself on a team of four other individuals that you have never met. Each individual is from a different department: Auditing, Tax, Corporate Governance, Legal and Insurance. The purpose of your team is to downsize your department in terms of employees. Which change is needed to comply with the specific standards of operation for improving the availability of different factors including increasing the influence of the organisation in the specific strategic management process. As the company is consistently moving in a digital environment, implementation of change and increasing the training program strategy is required to align with the standard of operation.
Structural part of the organisation as well as implementation of digital data management techniques would be changed. By changing from traditional management systems to modern data management systems overall capabilities of the organisation can be very widely increased providing it an adequate advantage over different managerial factors that could be efficiently integrated into the organisation. This type of approach does not only provide competitive advantage as well as provide better availability of opportunities for the organisation to maintain better managerial decisions and to implement change for maintenance of the structural advantage of the specific organisation.
