SOLUTION:-
(1) The roles of the architect or lead designer, in an Agile organization are given below:-
(a) Identifying,examining the needs and squeezing the importance of architecture along with recognizing the stakeholders.
(b) Delineate the architecture design
(c) Make a strong communication with distinct viewers regarding architecture design.
(d) Provide assistance to S/w developer team members
(e) Calibrate the implemented system with respect to proposed architecture.
(2) Agile Architect takes part in pre-sale mapping sessions in order to review the forthcoming system's architecture, expansion region and finding any errors and discrepancies between S/w Code and proposed architecture design.
(3) In marketing timeline, Design decisions are made due to the requirement of minimizing the system complexity,societal force, customer versatility,and practical possibilities of increase in sales figures. Design decisions are executed once the testing is done regarding prototype of a design.
(4) Up-front designs are not 100% accredited that means when these are coded it results in many errors and discrepancies. Up-front work is made in the phases of architecture, user-interface and domain prototype.
(5) In Agile, Operations are treated as like a product with respect to product design. Agile Pocess Designs permits operations for better understanding of functional design flow and readily accepted by team members and make it compatible with respect to derived processes in order to achieve the product standards.
