Payment failures: There are many failures associated with payments such as OPT not received, bank website down, refund issues, using multiple payment options in one payment such as use ewallet and debit card, etc. All these failure usecases must be taken care to provide appripriate handling of the payment. This prblem can benefit from diagrams such as use-case diagram and sequence diagrams where each possible scenario can be represented as a usecase and sequence diagram can represent sequence of activities happening in the payment during each usecase.
Boring Experience: Nowadays shoppers are impatient, they are easily distracted and bored, they leave the website. So keeping customers intact is the biggest issue. To keep them engaged, create dynamic, rich and enjoyable websites. In this case activity diagrams could be helpful. This will detail out all the tasks customers can perform on the website and one can analyze on how to make those tasks interesting to keep cutomers entertained.
Missing or incomplete product information: Incomplete information could be really frustrating for the customers. Provide short and detailed description of the product long with the visual aids. People like pictures ad videos of the product they want to buy. Also produuct page should include customer feedbacks on the product and seller. In this case a class diagram could be very helpful. Divide all the items into categories and sub-categories, create a class corresponding to them and add appropriate attributed to the class which describes the product. Make some of the attributes constant or make some of them mendatory. Also associate methods to mutate product information based on the seller or company requirements. Class diagram will clearly organize all the products company wants to sell.
