a-Basically user interfaces for work helps in making a more connected society in world economy and also become more collaborative.It will help in maintaining a proper connected orgaisation across the world.

b-In order to protect users of a collaborative interface from hostile or malicious behavior. There should be highest level Internet security protection such as there should be a very strong passwords, also there should be a proper firewall , protection tools installed in the system. Also there is a proper backups plans and backups are readily able to restore in case of any data loss.

c-Examples –

Different multi national companies across the globe uses Emails in order to arrange online meetings, sharing files ,sharing mails,informstion and meeting invites across the regional office or across the world.

Companies are also using video-conferencing as collaborative interfaces in order to attend online meeting, to share device screen over call with other persons and also to give presentation.
