I need to write a formula on Excel and use VLOOKUP. I need to trasfer the information from the sheet 1 to sheet 2, becaude sheet 2 is my summary.

The name of sheet 1 is Test your skills and the name of the sheet 2 is summary of test your skills. On sheet 1 I have 6 colunm from A to F. A is FAKE ID. B is PUBLIC/PRIVATE. C is ENROLLMENT. D is CATEGORY. E is COUNT OF STUDENT WITH EXEMPTION. F is PERCENTAGE.

I need to get FAKE ID # 17's Percentage of Exemptions and use VLOOKUP. Also, I know the answer. Answer is 0.57%. But I do not know how to write a formula

I need help please
