CSS is about styles and properties. It’s helpful to learn CSS as you learn HTML because as a web developer, you will often make decisions about one based on the other. It is important for you to know the different roles HTML and CSS play.

HTML is used to display the different kind of controls on the web page, so use of css is to present the html tags in different styles,patterns,colors,animations.

Yes H1 will diaply the text font larger than H2 that is the only difference
