Observing the Procedures in a restaurant

I have visited a fast food restaurant which was a mile distance from my house. It normally serves a high delicious food with ease of quality.

Normally it has enormous quantity of customers for them in the week days, and think of their demand on the weekends.

I was up there in the morning around 8 am on a particular day called Sunday; everyone was busy at their work.

There was a booking counter in which we cannot found an enormous rush of people who are waiting for their orders to get in table.

There was very compatible structure for everything in that restaurant. Initially they are splitting the people by two categories

Both sections are placed in different places, so people are at their particular places.

The efficiency of the process can be calculated at many part basically it can be calculated by the amount of happiest customer.

The efficiency on restaurants can be found by dividing the happy customers count to the total customer count and multiply with the 100 will give us the percentage of effectiveness.

This is the simple technique to find the efficiency:

Efficiency= (happy customers count/total customers)* 100

This value can give you an approximate effectiveness of the restaurant.

I was amazed to see the order taking process, it was very fast and compatible, the waiter was coming with some handy devices then taking the order with him in the device.

And automatically a server coming with an exact food items ordered.

And the next feature was bill generation the quantities ordered was delivered to the reception team with billing facilities and bills are generated with no time and passed it to the respective table through waiter.

The cleaning section was really nice, once the customer left the table the cleaning boys are working really fast and in no time they make the table ready for the future use.
