System.exit call is made for the type of exit from a program which is executing. Thus, we need to erite System.exit() to identify whether the program execution went good or bad and the type of exit it had from the program execution. It is useful to know if and what went wrong during the execution. Here,

System.exit(0); -- is used when the execution has went fine.
